Place into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celcius. Cook for 20 minutes (fish) - 25 minutes (chicken). Times may vary depending on your oven.Alternatively, you can cook them in a pan. Place in a pan with oil or butter. Fry the meat for 8-10 minutes (fish) or 15-20 minutes (chicken).
