FAQ's

Is there a minimum order size or minimum spend? - No, you can order any item you like. Just remember that postage and packaging costs will be added to your order at the checkout stage based on the gross weight of the total items ordered.

Where do you deliver? - We now offer worldwide international deliveries (maximum weight 2kg for airmail). To view our current shipping methods, please click here

Who will deliver my parcel? – All UK deliveries will either be sent via Royal Mail 1^st Class recorded delivery, or UPS Standard, depending on the total weight, or your own preference selected at checkout. International deliveries will either be sent out by Royal Mail’s Airmail ‘International Signed For’ service, which aims to deliver in 3 days to Europe and 5 days for all other countries, or by Royal Mail Surface Mail, which can take 2-12 weeks to deliver depending on your location. How quickly are orders dispatched? - We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). UK Only 1^st class and courier deliveries will usually take 1-3 days from dispatch, but possibly more depending on exact geographical location.

An item I ordered was out of stock. When will the item be back in stock? - In the unusual event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know on an individual basis, although we would expect to receive new stock within 7-10 days.

I still haven’t received my order – In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel within 3-5 working days of receipt of order then we will track your parcel and let you know it’s whereabouts (excluding international orders).

What is your returns/refund policy? – Should you need to return your products for any reason then please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your goods on 01206 250 200 (between 9am and 5pm Mon- Fri). You will then need to safely and securely re-pack the goods in their original packaging where possible, clearly stating the invoice number inside the parcel, and return them to us at your expense to the following address:
