Pineapple Chutney - Tips

One of our favourite new products, Kumar's pineapple chutney is highly versatile and can be used to enhance many dishes, or just simply on its own.  Try these tasty ideas:

• Stir-fry chicken or turkey in a little oil until browned and add the pineapple chutney and a little water or plain yoghurt.  Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes with the lid on. Also delicious with tiger prawns.
• Add a few tablespoons to your favourite Kumar's curry just before serving.  Works especially well with the Korma, Tikka Massala and Chettinad Chicken sauces.
• Stir through yoghurt or mayonnaise to taste for an amazing ready to use sauce that goes with just about anything. 
• Mix the pineapple chutney with a little oil and lemon juice and spread on a piece of fish before baking in the oven.
