A robustly flavoured Indian curry with cinnamon, roasted coconut, cashew nuts, ghee and curry leaves. Delicious with chicken.
Ingredients:350g Diced chicken thigh or fillet80ml Kumar's korma paste3tbsp Vegetable oil
Method:-Stir-fry the chicken in the oil.-Add the Korma paste and simmer gently over a low heat with the lid on.
