Introducing our latest range of speciality salts, consisting of four varieties; Persian Blue, Himalayan Pink, Danish Smoked Pyramid and Atlantic Coarse.
With professional users in mind, we have developed and patented unique grinder tops for the jars, making the salts even more user friendly and convenient.
Salt is just plain salt right? Erm, actually no, that couldn't be further from the truth! With all the bad press salt has had recently (and rightly so where hidden salt in manufactured foodstuffs is concerned) we wanted to highlight our belief that natural salt is actually very good for you, in the correct quantities of course.
For those of you who just can't get enough of the stuff, either during cooking, or at the dinner table, we have some very special varieties on offer. Our favourite is the Danish Smoked Pyramid salt for its aromatic beechwood smokey flavour, which is really something very special. Also the Persian Blue, which has a very distinct, strong salty flavour, followed by a surprisingly sweet aftertaste.
And remember, as with all our spices and other delicious products, a little goes a long way, as we only the select the very highest quality, meaning you don't need to use the usual amount to achieve the required flavour.
