A delightfully unusual spice blend containing cacao bean pieces, Maniguette pepper (grains of paradise), crystalised sugar, aniseed, pink peppercorns, cinnamon and lavender. This mix tastes fantastic with all kinds of meats, vegetables, salads, in stews and casseroles, and even in pastry and dessert dishes as well.

All Pure Experiences pepper blends have been developed on the basis of the purest quality peppercorns, but with additional surprising ingredients that will introduce your palate to a whole new flavour experience and liven up even the most tried and tested dishes.
The range can be further broken down into three main categories: Fruit Peppers, Season Peppers and Cacao Peppers. In addition to the peppercorns and other exotic spices used within the blends; Fruit Peppers contain dried fruit pieces, Season Peppers contain ingredients such as seaweed and lavender, and Cacao Peppers contain nibs of pure cacao beans.
Obviously some varieties will lend themselves more to certain types of dishes than others, but in general, we advise that you simply replace pepper in any recipe with a Pure Experiences blend. It’s as simple as that!
Pure Experiences spice blends can be used as a base seasoning on all meats, fish, vegetables, soups, dressings, sauces, marinades, salads, rice and pasta dishes... basically everywhere and anywhere you would like! Alternatively, you can use any Pure Experiences blend as a seasoning, or garnish prior to serving, or at the table instead of your usual pepper.
Some varieties (Fruit Peppers and Cacao Peppers especially) also work very well with desserts, sweet dishes and even in patisserie and cakes.
