Ingredients:200g Quinoa1 Avocado150g Frozen peas140g SweetcornLettuceLemon juicePreparation:Cook the quinoa with salt as directed on the package and rinse until cold. Add the mix for quinoa salad along with a dash of olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Boil the peas, then allow to cool and mix them together with the with corn, sliced avocado and to the quinoa to taste homemade. Mix the yogurt dip mix with the yoghurt and serve with the salad.
