Just follow these simple instructions to fill your salad with flavour that's perfectly balanced.
Ingredients:200g quinoa1 red onion1 carrot1 courgette8 fresh tomatoes30g white wine vinegar or lemon juice35g olive oilGreen or mixed saladBrie or fetaPreparation:Cook the quinoa with salt as directed on the package. Cut the vegetables and fry them together with the tomatoes in olive oil. Drain the quinoa off and mix together with the ‘mix for quinoa’ and the vegetables. Add the ‘Mix voor salade dressing’ with oil and vinegar or lemon juice and stir well. Cut the brie or feta into pieces and mix with the salad. Serve with dressing.
