Ingredients:200g Tagliatelle250g Ricotta500g Fresh leaf spinach8 small tomatoesPreparation:Cook the pasta with salt according to directions on the package. Drain and mix the ‘mix voor pasta’ along with a dash of olive oil. Stir the ‘mix voor ricotta’ in with the ricotta cheese. Use a large pan or wok. Add a dash of olive oil and fry the whole tomatoes. When they are have softened up, add the fresh leaf spinach. Add the ricotta with herbs and mix well. Serve the sauce over the pasta.
