- Preparation: Mix the seasoning with 1kg stewing beef.- Brown the meat on both sides until browned in hot oil or butter.- Add 100ml water and let it simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours between stew and add 4 sliced onions. Then let it stew for 30 minutes on low heat.
Tip: Serve the stew with potatoes and red cabbage.
