For 4 people:- Mix 500g diced chicken or pork with the spice mix- Maybe add some soy sauce and let it to marinade. - Thread the meat onto skewers and grill the satay on the BBQ or in the frying pan for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and cooked.
Tip: Serve the satay with rice or noodles and fried pak choy. Delicious with Verstegen's Satay sauce.
