Method: 200g (uncooked) pasta, 5 tbsp olive oil, ½ lemon juice, 1 ball of mozzarella, 1 can of corn, 1 avocado, 20 halved sweet cherry tomatoes (or 4 tomatoes cut into pieces). Optional: ½ zucchini cut into pieces and fried, spring onion. Preparation (for 2-3 people): Bring a pan of water to the boil & cook the pasta. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Put the pasta in a bowl and mix it with the mix, olive oil and lemon juice. Finally add the sliced mozzarella, avocado, tomato and corn and mix well.

herbs (parsley, 4% oregano, chives), lemon peels.
